In my previous career as a leader in a global law firm and on the executive team of a global agency, I did teamwork badly and did it well. 

I know how exhausting and costly it can be to have a team who are not pulling together. The massive growth in virtual working means we have to be even more intentional about teamwork.  I have worked with some of the best thought leaders in the world to design these programmes.   

We are not an ‘off the shelf’ consultancy.  First, we take time to understand your business and challenges; the design revolves around your needs.

These programmes give you an idea of what is available as the workshop elements of a team transformation initiative. Workshops kickstart momentum and we work with you over time to build and sustain the team's momentum of change.

Based on Patrick Lencioni’s #1 bestseller, ‘The Five Dysfunctions of a Team’, this two and a half day programme empowers teams to build trust, embrace productive conflict, commit to team goals, ensure accountability, and focus on results. Through practical strategies and engaging activities, it helps teams strengthen collaboration, overcome challenges, and achieve high performance.

Team Growth Accelerator

The ‘Team Growth Accelerator’ combines teamwork insights with outdoor teambuilding activities to enhance collaboration, trust, and communication. Through hands-on challenges and shared experiences, teams build stronger connections and gain skills to boost performance in a fun, energizing environment.

We ensure lasting impact by combining in-field insights with class based follow up and action plans for day-to-day life.

  • We provide bespoke programmes tailored to your team’s unique needs, drawing from proven workshop frameworks such as The Advantage Process, Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team, Team Growth Accelerator, and the Bear Grylls Survival Academy Day. Each programme is designed to enhance collaboration, trust, and performance. Our programmes run over a period from 3 months to 2 years as part of a momentum for change initiative.

  • You don’t need to!  Come to us with your challenge and team goals; we are happy to  share our insight and experience to make a recommendation.

  • We begin with a consultation to understand your team’s goals, challenges, and dynamics. Based on this, we design a programme that aligns with your objectives, blending elements from our various offerings or new bespoke elements to create a perfect fit for your team. 

  • Our programmes include:

  • Programme lengths vary depending on your needs, ranging from half-day workshops to multi-day immersive experiences. We can adapt the duration to fit your schedule. 

    We always warn that one off team workshops do not bring about team transformation.  Typically we work with you for anywhere from 3 months to 2 years to facilitate the team dynamics and momentum you want to achieve.

  • Yes, we work with teams of all sizes, from small groups to larger departments. Although we have worked with teams of up to 100, not all our modules are suitable for teams over 17. 

    We design activities and content to suit your team size and dynamics.

  • Term Development activities vary by programme but may include:

  • Absolutely! This is our USP.  We create a unique programme tailored to your needs drawing from our existing programmes and, at times, completely new for you.

  • It’s a high-energy, outdoor teambuilding event where teams face survival challenges, testing communication, resilience, and adaptability in a fun, adventurous setting. 

  • Yes, we will agree the during of the team transformation programme at the start.  After an event, we provide post-programme resources such as action plans and reference materials.  These will link in with the in office deliverables to sustain and build upon the momentum created.

  • Yes, we offer virtual options for teams working remotely.  We use a range of online collaboration tools to ensure we can deliver an impactful experience through interactive online sessions. 

  • Our programmes are fully customized, blending proven frameworks with engaging activities tailored to your team’s goals. We focus on delivering lasting results, creating tangible momentum in the team incorporating fun and meaningful experiences.
