How We Work With You
Our approach is one of partnering with our clients. We get to know you, your team and your business.
We take time to get under the skin of each of our clients and understand your concerns, the context and exactly what is needed. We appreciate that time is the biggest investment. We make sure that your time with us is invested in the right way for the right outcomes.
We have multiple ways of delivering for the changes you want to make, whether it is just for a morning, or a programme run over a period of years.
In person workshops
These are for groups of individuals – either existing teams or from across an organisation. Often skills-focussed, we design each workshop for the impact needed and participants attending and often include role play or forum theatre to bring the practice alive.
We travel to where the workshop is needed. We have delivered in person workshops on three continents – from a snowy mountain in Austria to a former convent in Dusseldorf to panoramic Singapore to country houses across the UK.
A single workshop may last anything from one hour to one week. These often form part of a programme over a period of time.
Everything is designed around you – your business needs, your location, your team, your vision.
Virtual workshops & webinars
These are for groups of individuals who could be existing teams or across an organisation. We have a wide range of techniques to keep engagement and impact high. Break out rooms, exercises, virtual white boards, role play, forum theatre are just some of the methods we use to ensure these training sessions are engaging and deliver impact even when we are not physically together.
Executive coaching
This is highly personalized one-to-one work with leaders. Executive coaching can be stand alone as a coaching engagement or delivered as an adjunct to a team build or training programme.
We see time and again how this confidential and supportive relationship empowers leaders to unlock their full potential, drive organizational success, and personal growth.
Meeting facilitation
High stakes meetings benefit from experienced third-party facilitation.
Facilitation enables everyone in the team to participate, rather than someone, often the leader, having one foot outside the discussion, focussed on the facilitation. Typically, you can expect more open communication, productive conflict, better decision-making, more genuine buy-in and, ultimately, more successful outcomes for your meetings.
As facilitators, our mission is to bring a structured and neutral approach to your meetings, ensuring that discussions stay on track, objectives are met, and participants are engaged.
Our facilitation experiences range from purpose-defining sessions to strategic planning to team brainstorming meetings.
Offsite training & team events
An offsite is a precious opportunity in the business calendar to elevate discussions away from the day-to-day and address strategic challenges. That may be a re-set for team dynamics, creation of a strategy, pivoting to meet new demands, or a bit of everything.
Every offsite is unique.
We work closely with you, often meeting with each attendee in advance, to identify how to best spend the offsite time and to design a programme that will deliver what the business and the team needs.
Outdoor survival experiences
We partner with the Bear Grylls Survival Academy to deliver incredible outdoor survival themed team experiences.
Typically this is for one day and forms part of a broader mission to lift staff morale, increase engagement or fire up leadership.
