How To Build a Consultant
Our own in house “How to Build a Consultant™” programme is designed to support junior team members such as Account Executives and Account Managers to accelerate their development to director level.
Typically, we run this programme over 9-12 months supported with targeted one-to-one executive coaching. The programme is an exciting journey for the cohort and is rewarded with CPD credits.

Phase 3 - Building Business
Consultancy led conversations
How to elevate a conversation from the “do for me” level (simply accepting a request from a client for example) to the “think for me” level (turning a direct request for an action into a conversation about the underlying issues).Consultancy led sales
How to make a sales conversation more of a consultancy experience than a “pushy” sales experience. We address fears about selling, discussing money and issues to raise when upselling or speaking to prospects.Persuasive Presentations
A structured approach to create and deliver presentations that inspire the audience to take the action you are advocating. This includes a methodology for deciding what to omit from your presentations and how to create more impactful slides.
