Effective relationships at work are key to productivity, resilience and fun. Some are easy, some not so much. That’s why we use Everything DiSC. It is a learning experience that can benefit every person in your organisation – regardless of title or position – in building effective relationships at work.
We use the world-renowned Everything DiSC (on the Catalyst platform) – an online, mobile friendly portal which teaches participants to understand themselves and others while learning to appreciate different priorities, preferences, and values everyone brings to the workplace.
With personalised insights and actionable strategies, participants learn how to adapt to the style of others, ultimately improving engagement, collaboration, and the overall health of the workplace.
As well as the basic DiSC profiling, we offer in-person and online workshops to further team members understanding of their profile and how to use it to understand themselves and others in their team, organization and beyond.

DiSC was first articulated in the 1930’s. So this is not a ‘new’ system. It endures as one of the most popular global profiling technologies because it, quite simply, works.
What is new is the platform. This makes the profiles dynamic. Participants don’t just learn about themselves, they can see how they compare to others in the organisation.
We have delivered the Five Behaviours to hundreds of participants, and we can testify to the biggest attribute of the Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team programme – it works.
The model is simple. Translating it into practice is not easy so just giving your team a copy of the book will not do it. For this reason, we take 3 highly interactive workshop days to facilitate teams through the full process.
We guarantee your team will be transformed at the end.

It takes participants between 10 and 15 minutes to complete their personal profile. Which is completed online and the report is delivered back almost immediately.

All profiles seek to do the same thing to varying degrees – promote self-understanding and enable more effective relationships. Our workshops and Everything DiSC feel current and engaging to participants due to the form of delivery. For us, this is:

No! Each profiling system has slightly different nuances and works with their own spectrums of assessment. For example, MBTI measures extraversion vs introversion. That is not a scale measured in Everything DiSC. There are strong similarities between the scales measured in Insights and DiSC.

We welcome scepticism as it is one of the most effective ways to demonstrate the efficacy of the technology to a group!
We have worked with hundreds of participants and a good few have been sceptical of this technology initially. Through interactivity and direct experience, all have embraced its effectiveness by the end of our workshop, often becoming the staunchest advocates.
For those who like to dive into the details of the psychological verification and background research, the Catalyst platform contains information about the research and validation data.

The entry level workshop is between 90 minutes and 3 hours. The group can expect to be on their feet, interacting with each other and in small groups for most of the workshop.
There will be an opportunity for hands on use of the Catalyst profiles, both in groups and pairs.
For the longer workshops, we work with our business role play actors to create fun role play scenarios for the group to practice adapting their styles to connect better with others.
These are high energy, interactive workshops and can be a great addition or starter to an offsite event, building connection, a shared language and energy.

Yes! We have successfully led these interactive DiSC workshops via virtual platforms, even including the role play elements.
We make use of virtual rooms and whiteboards to keep engagement and interactivity high.

No. Typically, clients start with one team then expand depending on the aims for the organisation. Some of our clients use Everything DiSC as their cultural language of collaboration and connection. Others have chosen to use it only in discrete areas of the business.
