Executive Coach

Robert has been operating as a business coach for 15 years having gained a qualification as a life coach and subsequently as a business executive coach in 2006. During this time his main areas of involvement have been with leading executives, company directors and business owners. Some of his clients have continued to use his support for more than 10 years. Robert’s main strength is identifying and handling personal issues which often hinder progress in a corporate environment. This is the result of his involvement in a personal transformational programme, including one-to-one facilitation, for over 30 years.

Robert started out as a Chartered Surveyor and became the manager of a substantial property management department based in the West End of London in his late 20’s. He was a founding partner of a firm of Chartered Surveyors based in West London and subsequently ran his own practice in North London working in partnership with other established firms of surveyors.

Robert has had business involvements in the health and communications sectors and also spent some time as the commercial director of a ceramic tile business based in the West Midlands during the 1990’s. During this time he was an active member of the BVMA (Business Volunteers Mentor Association).
