LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT

Management Skills Training

We use Everything DiSC management as a tool to develop highly skilled managers.

This is a personalised learning experience that has been proven to increase the effectiveness of anyone in a management role.

Participants deepen their understanding of themselves, their direct reports in their own managers using the DiSC model, while learning how their management style influences their approach to decision making, time management, and problem solving.

What skills will participants learn during the Management Training workshops?

Participants leave the workshops with concrete strategies to help them adapt to the styles of their direct reports, enabling them to bring out the best in their people.

Using the online Catalyst system, the management insights are all available and interactive; participants see how to adapt their style to best manage each individual team member based on the combination of the two different styles.

Our practical and interactive workshop equips participants with skills in:

  • understanding their own personal management style – strengths and areas to develop further;

  • directing and delegating team members;

  • motivating and developing others;

  • managing upwards;

  • coaching
