The Gremlins Process is a powerful team reset. It clears away resentments, limiting beliefs and disagreements.

  • These sessions are delivered in person, often as part of an offsite or strategic workshop. 

  • No.  This is a team bonding and discovery session and, as such, does not qualify for CPD credit.

  • These workshops are ideal for teams who want to improve communication and reduce tension. They are particularly beneficial for teams who have gone through periods of change such as restructuring, acquisition or rebranding. 

  • Gremlins is a discovery exercise.  We can start with 1 hour.  Sometimes teams decide they want to have a full clear-the-air workshop; duration depends on how much there is to clear.  Sometimes this can take up to 2 days.

  • Yes.  This is a facilitated, guided team discussion.  All the content comes from the team.

  • Energy, connection, fun, dynamism.  These are powerful sessions that unleash the power of team.  Underlying doubts and resentments disappear.

  • Experience tells us that most teams harbour some ‘Gremlins’ - they may be limiting beliefs, negative judgments, unspoken worries, fears.  By their very nature, these are usually unspoken.  By examining them together, the internal handbrake is released.  Every team we have done this with has been amazed at the amount of ease and energy generated after the Gremlins workshop.

  • Yes, we provide follow-up resources including follow up virtual sessions and guidance on running your own Gremlins session.  If further support is needed, we offer additional coaching and advanced workshops to support teams with communication and connection.
